What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can support clients, build lasting relationships, resolve concerns, and contribute to customer retention, sales support, and efficient service delivery.

At LAPO Microfinance Bank, I supported approximately ₦40 million in monthly loan disbursements through client management and business development.

I bring experience managing high-volume calls and emails, qualifying leads, scheduling consultations, maintaining confidential client records, and communicating across phone, email, and digital channels. I'm comfortable using HubSpot, Salesforce, CRM systems, scheduling tools, and remote collaboration platforms to create responsive customer experiences.
