What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a director-level role where I can lead programs, Salesforce CRM and SaaS delivery, drive change management and adoption, and align C-suite stakeholders through clear governance, operating cadences, and continuous process improvement.

I’m a Director of Operations & Strategic Projects and Director Project Management/Senior Project Manager, focused on Salesforce CRM modernization, data migration, and organizational change management. I supported C-suite partners by handling confidential matters with discretion and building alignment on priorities, timelines, and quarterly initiatives.

Across global SaaS programs, I led Salesforce optimization for ~5K and ~4K users in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including workshop facilitation for case management, intake processes, queue routing, and SLAs. I also guided User Acceptance Testing and business validation to support operational continuity during deployments.

Operationally, I establish repeatable delivery systems—building operating cadences, maintaining dependency/blocker documentation in SharePoint, and standing up Centers of Excellence across multiple Salesforce instances with PMO stage-gates. In prior roles, I improved implementation speed (including a 4-week reduction) and streamlined CRM workflows from one week to 24 hours.

I bring leadership and structure to complex change with certifications in PMP and PROSCI Change Management, Oracle Infrastructure AI Foundation, and CSF Scrum Fundamentals. I’m driven by proactive process improvement—coaching teams, aligning stakeholders, and delivering confident adoption through training, governance, and clear communication.
