I’m a Director of Operations & Strategic Projects and Director Project Management/Senior Project Manager, focused on Salesforce CRM modernization, data migration, and organizational change management. I supported C-suite partners by handling confidential matters with discretion and building alignment on priorities, timelines, and quarterly initiatives.
Across global SaaS programs, I led Salesforce optimization for ~5K and ~4K users in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including workshop facilitation for case management, intake processes, queue routing, and SLAs.
