What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives that use storytelling, data, and multi-channel campaigns to strengthen talent attraction, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes.

At Trinity Health, I lead recruitment marketing strategy for approximately 30 senior living communities nationwide, creating multi-channel campaigns across CRM, email, digital advertising, social media, and hiring events. My strategic marketing initiatives increased influenced applications from 14 to 120.

I've built talent pipelines for hard-to-fill healthcare roles, sourced passive candidates, and partnered with recruiters and hiring leaders to align talent attraction efforts with workforce needs. I was recognized as a Top 25% Talent Sourcing Partner across Trinity Health.

Previously, I led nationwide recruitment strategy and a team of recruiters at Communication Service for the Deaf, supporting high-volume hiring and a transition to a fully remote workforce. I believe attracting great talent starts with great storytelling, supported by data-driven decisions and meaningful candidate connections.
