I’m seeking a leadership role in Talent Acquisition to scale recruitment operations, partner with executives on workforce planning, improve employer branding and DEI, and use data to drive retention and hiring efficiency.

I am a results-driven Talent Acquisition leader who builds high-performing teams and scales recruitment operations across behavioral health and healthcare organizations. I combine workforce planning, employer branding, and data-driven recruiting to align talent strategy with business goals.

I have driven measurable outcomes: improving retention from 34% to 25%, reducing Indeed ad spend from $25K to $15K, cutting assessment vendor costs by 50%, and filling 500+ positions during rapid expansion. I implemented hiring manager training and behavioral-based interviewing to improve quality of hire and reduce time-to-offer to an average 22 days for critical rural clinical roles.
