What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own customer support via email/chat, handle billing and escalations, and contribute to retention through churn reduction—working in a high-volume, fast-paced team.

I’ve handled outbound calls at RJ BPO to promote and sell medical products, clearly communicating benefits, maintaining customer records, and following up on leads.

At TLF, I assisted customers with inquiries and sales-related concerns, building client relationships through effective communication and professional customer handling.

More recently, at US Mobile, I managed email and chat support for billing inquiries, account setup, and payment-related issues—handling high daily volumes while staying focused on CSAT, churn reduction, and SLA adherence.
