What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support role where I can resolve technical issues, maintain secure systems and networks, support users effectively, and contribute to reliable day-to-day operations.

I provide first-level IT support at AIICO Insurance Plc, resolving hardware, software, Windows, printer, and network issues for staff.

I support Active Directory administration, Windows deployment, LAN/Wi-Fi and VPN troubleshooting, and endpoint security using ESET Endpoint Security, Full Disk Encryption, and Secure Boot. I also configure printers, support Microsoft Teams and presentation equipment, and document issues for resolution or escalation.

My experience also includes e-commerce administration, data reporting, inventory monitoring, customer technical support, sales forecasting, and commercial strategy. I bring practical troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and operational support experience to fast-paced technology-driven teams.
