I’m looking for an IT support role where I can drive ITSM/ITAM excellence, strengthen cybersecurity compliance, and improve end-user reliability—using structured ticketing and secure infrastructure practices in a regulated, high-impact environment.

I’m a results-driven IT service support professional with 46 months of hands-on experience managing and securing critical enterprise infrastructure in the highly regulated banking sector. I focus on operational efficiency and data security through strong technical support, system administration, and cybersecurity enforcement.

In my current role, I diagnose and resolve complex Tier 1 and Tier 2 infrastructure incidents using IT Service Management and centralized ticketing. I also engineered a zero-cost configuration fix that restored bank-wide network printing functionality after a critical authentication loop issue.
