I am looking for a role that challenges my technical skills and offers opportunities for growth in cybersecurity.

I am a detail-oriented and highly organized cybersecurity professional with a strong foundation in network security, information systems, and IT troubleshooting. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity at Kennesaw State University, I am eager to apply my technical skills and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic, security-driven environment.

My experience as a Customer Care & Technical Support Representative at Stride, Inc. has honed my ability to provide frontline technical support to K-12 students, parents, and staff. I excel in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, utilizing remote tools to assist users effectively while documenting all interactions meticulously. Additionally, my role as a Property Manager at VACASA allowed me to manage over 100 residential units while also assisting with IT-related tasks, showcasing my versatility and commitment to excellence.
