I’m a customer-focused IT professional and Computer Science student with hands-on experience delivering technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and helping end users succeed. I’m known for resolving technical challenges while building positive client relationships.

In my IT Support Assistant (Student Position) role at Computer Lab Services, I delivered support to students and faculty by resolving hardware, software, and network issues. I installed, configured, and maintained software applications, guided users through issues with clear communication, and documented problems to support recurring issue resolution.

I bring a strong foundation in software, databases, networking, and technical documentation, backed by coursework in Computer Science. I also work comfortably across communication and cross-functional collaboration to keep solutions clear and actionable.

I’m actively growing through certifications including the Google IT Support Professional Certificate (in progress) and Cisco Networking Basics, and I hold Microsoft Office Specialist Fundamentals. I’m passionate about helping customers succeed through reliable support and well-documented outcomes.
