What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can combine technical support with software building—helping users effectively while continuing to develop projects in areas like computer science, AI, and interactive applications.

I am a recent Computer Science graduate with a strong foundation in software development, IT support, and technology problem-solving. Throughout my academic and professional career, I have gained experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users in a K–12 educational environment, and working with a variety of technologies including Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and React.

In my current role as a Technology Support Assistant, I diagnose and resolve technical issues, manage support tickets, and help ensure students and staff can effectively use technology in their daily work. This experience has strengthened my communication, customer service, and analytical skills while teaching me how to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

I am passionate about software engineering, automation, systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity. I enjoy building applications, learning new technologies, and continuously expanding my technical knowledge. My goal is to join a collaborative team where I can contribute to meaningful projects, grow as a developer, and create solutions that have a positive impact on users and organizations.
