What I'm looking for

I am seeking an entry-level IT support role focused on help-desk troubleshooting, ticketing, and hands-on technical work within a supportive team that values learning and mentorship.

I am an early-career IT support professional who delivers patient, clear technical assistance and durable solutions. In an IT support internship I reduced false-positive alerts, developed remote-management scripts in ConnectWise Automate, and handled hardware and software troubleshooting for staff and clients.

I have hands-on development and database experience from university projects, including a memory-leak detector in C, a SQL Server database with stored procedures, a multi-form C# hiring application, and a Java project covered by JUnit tests. I reinforce technical skills through ongoing study of AWS, networking, operating systems, SQL Server, and C#.

I bring strong documentation habits, consistent grading and evaluation experience as a teaching assistant, and volunteer experience supporting community outreach. I seek roles where I can apply methodical troubleshooting, grow my cloud and database capabilities, and contribute to a supportive help-desk team.
