What I'm looking for

I seek an IT support or systems role where I can apply troubleshooting, imaging, and networking skills, grow into systems administration, and contribute in a collaborative, service-focused team.

I am a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science graduate with hands-on experience as an IT technician and multiple IT internships supporting K–12 and higher-education environments. I bring practical troubleshooting skills and a service-oriented mindset to technical support.

I have managed hardware inventory, assisted in re-imaging 500+ Chromebooks, assigned help-desk tickets, installed applications and drivers, and supported A/V setups for events. Those responsibilities strengthened my ability to resolve break/fix issues quickly and reliably.

My technical background includes C++, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, and SQL, and I have completed projects such as a web drawing application, multiple C++ calculators, and SQL database tasks. I pair programming knowledge with networking and operating-systems coursework to solve real-world problems.

I hold Google IT Support and networking coursework certifications, and I value teamwork, clear communication, and continuous learning. I am motivated to join a collaborative IT team where I can expand into systems and network administration while delivering dependable end-user support.
