What I'm looking for
I’m a data-driven marketing leader with 12+ years of experience driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through strategic lifecycle marketing strategies. I combine campaign analytics, segmentation, and experimentation to improve touch, conversion rates, revenue, and brand awareness—especially within highly regulated environments.
At JP Morgan Chase, I support the Chase Sapphire Reserve Airport Lounge program as part of the core start-up team and now operate in Marketing Compliance. In the post-launch phase, I lead third-party oversight (TPO) by tracking contractual obligations, defining KPIs and reporting frameworks to evaluate performance and risk mitigation, and improving data integrity and segmentation accuracy to strengthen targeted outreach.
Before that, I led email acquisition and enterprise campaigns as a Digital Marketing Manager and managed end-to-end execution as a Digital Marketing Execution Lead.
