I’m a results-driven “Collections Operations professional” with 5+ years of experience in collections management, customer communication, payment tracking, dispute resolution, and process improvement. In my current role as Collections Operations Lead at Prachands Collections (Hyderabad), I run end-to-end collections operations—handling inbound and outbound follow-ups, payment tracking, and dispute resolution to ensure timely payment closures. I manage a receivables pool of up to ₹5 Cr (peaking at ₹9 Cr) across multiple accounts and consistently improve collections efficiency through structured follow-ups and workflow optimization.

I lead and performance-manage a team of 7+ collections associates, aligning daily execution with recovery targets and productivity goals. I track and analyze KPIs such as collections %, recovery rate, agent productivity, call volume, and turnaround time using Excel-based reporting, and I build scalable collections workflows and SOPs to support operational excellence.

I also bring a strong escalation and dispute-resolution mindset, handling complex cases to achieve prompt outcomes and reduce outstanding receivables. Earlier, as Assistant Manager – Marketing at MP Tourism, I strengthened stakeholder coordination and communication through targeted campaigns, partner relationships, and inquiry management—skills I continue to apply to collections work with clarity, ownership, and accountability.
