I’m a senior collections leader with 27+ years of experience driving large-scale collections and recovery operations across retail lending, unsecured portfolios, and receivables management. I design national collection strategies that reduce delinquency and improve recovery performance through data-driven decision-making, automation, and governance frameworks.
