I've led collections and payment support at Epowerx Learning Technologies, serving as the link between Sales, Finance, NBFC partners, and collections teams to resolve student payment and course issues end to end.

At Altruist Customer Management, I progressed from Retention Executive to Collections Team Lead through an Internal Job Posting. I managed a 25-member team, set KPIs, coached new joiners, handled escalated disputes, and monitored AHT, wrap-up time, and Promise to Pay reporting.

My background also includes corporate email support at Vertex, transaction-processing customer support at Shriram Value Service, and high-volume inbound and outbound calling at Hexaware Technologies. At Hexaware, I handled about 120 calls daily while maintaining an AHT of 180 seconds and CSAT/Quality above 90%.

I'm returning to a full-time corporate role after independently overseeing my family spare-parts business, which has been structured for handover to a dedicated employee. I bring practical experience in debt recovery, retention, customer escalations, CRM case tracking, loan reconciliation, and team performance management.
