I’m a customer support representative with hands-on IT experience, was working through the Airbnb project at Concentrix in Marrakech. I focused on solving problems clearly and professionally, while keeping service quality consistent.
Alongside support work, I’ve built technical grounding through internships and technician roles, including IT maintenance at DATA PROCESS and IT network technician experience at MENARA PREFA. These experiences strengthened my understanding of day-to-day network and systems support.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Networks, Web and IT Security (2024–2025) from Semlalia University, and a Higher Technician Certificate in Computer Systems and Networks. I’m comfortable working with tools and processes that support reliable infrastructure.
