What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support SaaS users end-to-end, deepen my networking and troubleshooting skills, and keep learning. I enjoy fast-paced environments, clear processes, and helping customers resolve technical issues.

I’m a senior customer consultant focused on delivering reliable SaaS support for two products, including Internet Filtering and Parental Control. I handle customer inquiries and provide technical assistance across multiple channels (email, phone, chat), while managing Active Directory and supporting Windows Server monitoring and diagnostics.

I bring strong networking and remote support expertise—working with VPN, CDN, MDM, Cisco routing & switching, and core protocols like DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP. I’m also experienced with helpdesk and messaging tools (Office 365, Slack, Microsoft Teams) and ticketing/CRM systems (QCRM, Zoho, Zendesk), and I’m motivated by continuous learning and self-improvement.
