I’m looking for a bilingual customer support and remote admin role where I can handle CRM cases, document workflows, and timely communication—working in a fast-paced team with clear SLAs, strong processes, and opportunities to grow.

I’m a detail-oriented Administrative and Customer Support Specialist with experience in banking, remote administration, and call center environments. I’m known for delivering accurate, professional results while handling real-time customer needs in both Indonesian and English.

In my call center role, I managed inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing technical and service support with timely issue resolution. I also handled CRM system work, case documentation, follow-ups, and maintained SLA compliance while meeting daily performance KPIs.
