In my current role, I manage operational workflows and infrastructure across multiple banking branches. I coordinate team communications and maintain accurate documentation in deadline-driven environments.

Previously, I worked as a Teller and Customer Service professional for PT Bank Syariah Mandiri & BSI, delivering professional service to 50+ clients daily with accuracy. I maintained records and documentation in a compliance-focused environment.
