I'm seeking an entry-level, training-focused Inbound SDR role where I can apply consistent phone-based lead qualification, CRM discipline, and structured workflows while growing through a clear career path.

I've supported real estate clients at AMG Realtors by handling high-volume inbound property inquiries, qualifying leads, scheduling viewings, and keeping CRM records ready for agents to act on.

At APA Insurance, I owned full-cycle client conversations from prospecting and needs discovery through objection handling and closing. I used HubSpot to track every touchpoint and follow-up, consistently meeting and exceeding assigned targets.
