I’ve spent 10+ years in Customer Success and Key Account Management, partnering with premium brands across hospitality, retail, and corporate accounts. I manage key accounts as the primary point of contact, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and handle commercial negotiations for agreements and sponsorships.

Most recently, as a Key Accounts Manager (Felipe Motta, 2023–Present), I drive long-term partnerships through proactive communication, follow-up, and onboarding/product training. I also analyze sales performance and customer behavior to support business decisions, while ensuring high standards for timely client requests.

Earlier, I led customer experience strategy and operations as Marketing & Experience Manager / Co-owner of Terra by Blue Venao (2021–2024), and managed premium brands and activations with Moët Hennessy / Felipe Motta (2017–2021). I’ve also coordinated events and logistics (Sharingbox Panama), and managed premium accounts and marketing initiatives (Cervecería Nacional / SABMiller).
