I am a technical implementation and training specialist with 3+ years supporting enterprise SaaS deployments, focused on improving user adoption and delivering high-impact training programs. I translate technical concepts into clear, scalable training that drives customer success and smooth go-lives.

At Epic Systems I delivered 100+ live and virtual product trainings, designed and iterated 10+ training programs, and managed implementation readiness for nine enterprise healthcare organizations to ensure credentialing and access before launch.
