I am a CLMS-certified absence management and account management professional with 20+ years of experience guiding clients through Leaves of absence, ADA, Short-Term Disability and Long Term Disability.
At Alight (aka parent company Reed Group) I served as Account Executive, leading renewal strategy, packaging, presentation, negotiation and client retention while partnering with Account Managers, Claims Operations and Sales to onboard and integrate clients. Previously I managed claims operations and site leadership roles where I led ERISA pandemic response, drove business migrations, revamped the quality program, and supported inclusion and diversity and employee engagement initiatives.
