I’m looking to lead compliant leave administration and return-to-work outcomes in a supportive, people-first environment—partnering cross-functionally, improving processes, and mentoring teams to deliver timely, well-documented decisions.

I’m a senior Leave of Absence subject matter expert with progressive experience across corporate, staffing, and public/private environments. I administer and oversee FMLA, ADAAA, Short-Term Disability, Paid Family Leave, Workers’ Compensation, and complex workplace at work and leave accommodations—balancing full regulatory compliance with employee advocacy.

In my current role as a TrinityHealth Corporate Leave of Absence Administrator, I serve as the primary contact while managing 150–200+ concurrent leave cases. I lead return-to-work and leave policy support, collaborate with cross-functional national teams, oversee vendor partnerships, and deliver on-time service delivery through strong issue resolution and careful documentation.

Previously, I supported 250–350+ active FMLA/ADAAA/STD/LOA/PFL claims at Lincoln Financial Group while conducting thorough interviews, medical documentation review, and risk mitigation to improve audit outcomes. I’ve also built processes and teams—designing onboarding frameworks and training materials, mentoring 10–20+ team members, and developing the company’s ADAAA accommodation process—so decisions are timely, ethical, and consistently compliant.
