What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead client onboarding, customer experience, and operational improvement in a collaborative B2B or hospitality-focused environment.

I improve operations and customer experience for hospitality businesses as an independent consultant, leading audits, process implementation, and multi-stakeholder projects. I also co-developed Fresh Kiss Hard Seltzer, which received Gold at the Global Spirits Masters 2025.

Previously, I led operations for 15 venues at Bisou Cocktail Bar, created onboarding for new hires, and coordinated luxury spirit brand events. Across Belleville Brûlerie and Coutume Café, I onboarded and trained professional clients, managed B2B accounts, developed business across France, and built lasting client relationships.
