I’m looking for a SaaS sales role where I can own full-cycle deals, grow pipeline with disciplined CRM reporting, tailor offers through discovery, and partner cross-functionally to keep customers thriving with consistently high CSAT.

I’m a Business Development and Account Executive who owns full-cycle sales—outbound & inbound prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, and deal structuring across global markets. I’ve exceeded sales quota by 146%, building new business and revenue with a primary focus on US and EU.

I lead tailored discovery calls (10–14 weekly) and structure deals aligned to client budgets and needs, while maintaining stakeholder relationships across clients, internal teams, and vendor partners. I also drive retention by owning the full client lifecycle—from onboarding through issue resolution—while maintaining 5-star CSAT and improving forecasting accuracy through disciplined CRM management and pipeline reporting.

Before and alongside sales, I brought strong project leadership and creative direction, directing 8 end-to-end multi-platform campaigns and coordinating on-set production with cross-functional teams. I’ve also delivered consistent retail performance through objection handling, visual merchandising, and inventory/stock control—bringing a hands-on, detail-focused mindset to every client engagement.
