What I'm looking for
I’m an Operations Manager with experience across retail operations, customer service, and sales support. In my current role, I help with administrative tasks like scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and store procedures, including opening/closing and security protocols.
I’ve also built strong front-line skills as a Cashier and Sales Associate, handling sales transactions, exchanges, refunds, restocking, merchandising, and POS operations.
