I am a dedicated and results-oriented professional with a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences, focusing on Application Development. As an iStore Support Technician Intern, I provide technical support for Apple devices, assisting customers with troubleshooting and diagnostics. My role involves working closely with senior technicians and following Apple’s service protocols, which has significantly strengthened my communication skills and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

Throughout my academic journey, I have gained a solid foundation in programming languages, information systems, and software development. I am eager to join an interesting team in the technology business where I can contribute my technical knowledge, creative drive, and enthusiasm for innovation.
