I am a passionate Business Information Technology Graduate from the University of Johannesburg. During my time at the Department of Home Affairs, I gained valuable experience in technical troubleshooting and SLA compliance. I am highly adaptable, a fast learner, and enjoy continuous learning. My motivation lies in providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues.

With a strong analytical mindset, excellent time management, and problem-solving skills, I am able to effectively communicate with both verbal and written communication. I am adaptable to different situations and thrive in a customer-oriented environment.

My technical skills include C#, HTML, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and CSS. I have experience in software and network troubleshooting, repairing and replacing computer components, supporting staff with hardware and software issues, and training staff on new software. I also have experience in IT hardware inventory and asset management tasks, as well as providing technical support through phone calls and emails.
