I'm looking to apply my software development, business information systems, and Apple technical support experience in a technology-focused role where I can build practical solutions, solve customer problems, and continue growing.

At iStore Walmer Park, I moved from Apple product sales to hands-on device repairs within three weeks, troubleshooting iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Apple Watches.
