Bruce Woolverton
@brucewoolverton
People analytics and workforce intelligence leader driving KPI governance and decision-ready workforce analytics.
What I'm looking for
I lead people analytics and workforce intelligence work that turns sensitive workforce data into executive-ready decision support. I built and led HR analytics services spanning workforce reporting, forecasting, executive dashboards, KPI governance, survey analytics, and HR data governance.
My focus is on measurable workforce outcomes: I developed attrition risk modeling identifying employees at two times baseline turnover risk, supporting stay-interview intervention workflows, and contributing to approximately 50% turnover reduction among flagged employees after rollout. I also delivered Board of Directors reporting from a global enterprise survey, translating employee feedback into prioritized risks, trends, and action themes.
I’ve strengthened how leaders plan and compare performance by standardizing productivity and performance KPI frameworks across seven regions, improving comparability and planning accuracy for workforce leadership. I’m equally attentive to data reliability and stewardship, supporting sensitive people data with security, privacy, reporting quality, stakeholder use, and leadership decision-making.
Beyond analytics, I’ve managed enterprise HR technology and major delivery programs—from an Applicant Tracking System replacement project to Office 365/Exchange migration work for 25,000 users and reconciliation recovery work involving $100M of payroll covering approximately 50,000 paychecks and 7,000+ employees. I bring that same operational discipline to analytics governance, reporting controls, reconciliation, and executive dashboard interpretation.
