Build Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting products for HR business partners and business leaders covering headcount, attrition, hiring performance, internal mobility, and workforce planning. Develop reusable DAX measures and time-intelligence calculations, applying row and filter context to produce consistent workforce metrics and optimizing model/report performance for business users.

Built and deployed executive Power BI solutions for VA program leadership supporting compliance, migration readiness, service delivery, and change management reporting in a federal environment. Developed DAX measures, Power Query/M transformations, semantic models, and dimensional reporting structures over Oracle, SQL Server, and Redshift data.

Built Power BI dashboards integrating USA Staffing API and PeopleSoft data, giving leadership time-to-hire tracking and visibility into recruiting funnel bottlenecks. Prepared and transformed multi-source data using SQL and Power Query/M; defined dimensional data models, relationship logic, quality controls, and reporting specifications with business and engineering teams.

Led delivery of data warehouse capabilities including ETL/ELT processes and dimensional/star-schema modeling, enabling scalable enterprise reporting for 200+ users supporting a 20,000+ employee division. Built an integrated reporting tool consolidating multiple source systems into a single view, cutting ad hoc reporting demand by roughly 60%.

Led migration of 60+ system interfaces from a legacy platform to PeopleSoft HCM, coordinating IT, payroll, and vendor partners with no continuity gaps. Owned end-to-end data conversion including extraction, transformation, validation, and integration testing across all converted datasets.

Enhanced the AP DataMart and BusinessObjects universe and automated regional reporting, scaling spend analytics infrastructure for sourcing leadership. Migrated the sourcing database from Access to SQL Server and delivered executive spend analysis on trends, savings, and category opportunities.

Led the Asia Pacific reporting function, delivering executive and regulatory reporting including headcount, attrition, dashboards, audits, and surveys across a multi-country environment. Rolled out self-service reporting tools and trained 60+ users, automating manual workflows and building custom reporting applications.
