At AvidXchange, I lead training coordination for the Care Department’s product upskilling initiative, preparing facilitators, monitoring performance, and partnering with stakeholders on continuous improvement. I also built an AI-assisted interactive training tracker that provides real-time visibility into learner progress, engagement, and subject mastery.

I create role-specific facilitator and participant guides with subject-matter experts and departmental leaders, aligning learning experiences to business objectives and performance outcomes. Previously at iQor, I revamped new-hire training using production metrics, customer feedback, and learner insights, raising first-month agent NPS from 65 to 78.

My learning work has increased customer satisfaction from 82% to 91% and brand experience scores from 85% to 90%. I use Power BI, internal dashboards, analytics, coaching, and performance reporting to turn data into practical development opportunities.

I also bring marketing, customer experience, contract renewal, and professional coaching experience. At CivicsEDU, I build awareness campaigns and community partnerships, while my coaching practice centers on accountability, personal development, and measurable behavior change.
