What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead employee relations and HR operations work where I can coach leaders, resolve complex workplace matters, improve processes, and use workforce insights to strengthen employee experience and organizational decision-making.

At LPL Financial, I advise leaders and employees across a 10,000-person organization on complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution. I’m helping establish and scale a new Employee Relations model through workflow design, service delivery testing, and data-driven program improvements.

I’ve also led a six-person HR team supporting approximately 9,000 employees, managed escalated cases and separations, improved HR processes, and delivered workforce reporting for strategic decisions. I bring PHR certification and experience across HR operations, analytics, employee support, and people leadership.
