I'm looking for an IT support or systems role where I can troubleshoot end-user and infrastructure issues, strengthen security and documentation, and contribute reliable hands-on support across Windows, macOS, Linux, networking, and identity systems.

At CoEntropy, I've provided tier 1 and tier 2 IT support for individuals and small businesses since 2025, resolving hardware, software, network, and access issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux. I build and maintain practical infrastructure including Active Directory, routers, switches, WireGuard VPNs, firewall rules, a self-hosted osTicket help desk, and a searchable knowledge base.

I've also managed 500+ high-stakes client transactions at Coldwell Banker Realty, bringing calm, precise documentation and confidentiality to deadline-driven work.

My hands-on labs include Windows Server, internal PKI, Suricata IDS, Pi-hole DNS, and a Go/PostgreSQL web application.
