I am an experienced IT help desk support professional with a strong background installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software and hardware. I pair technical expertise with a customer-focused approach to deliver timely resolutions across remote and on-site environments.

In previous roles I managed administrative server functions including backups, upgrades, recovery, and disk management, and I traced root causes to implement prompt solutions. I have hands-on experience with Active Directory, MS Exchange, SCCM, Dell Command Center, and ITSM tools such as Remedy and HP Service Center.

I have supported end users across levels from general staff to CEO/VP, provided remote desktop assistance, monitored business applications, and contributed to R&D efforts to evaluate and implement applications. I am familiar with networking concepts—LANs, routers, TCP/IP, peer-to-peer file sharing—and have basic SQL query knowledge.

Alongside IT work, I bring customer service and sales experience from real estate brokerage, proven training experience creating and delivering online training, and a willingness to work rotational, night, and weekend shifts to meet business needs.
