I’m an IT support professional with a proven track record of specialist technical and helpdesk support, working in the front line to resolve complex hardware and software issues for clients and colleagues.

I diagnose and troubleshoot efficiently, test and evaluate new technology, and contribute to best-practice procedures and policies. I’m comfortable acting as the first point of contact for IT and technical queries, ensuring timely, accurate responses that resolve issues to the user’s satisfaction.

In my IT support work, I’ve operated in a TCP/IP network environment, supporting DHCP, DNS, and ethernet, while handling software update and patch rollouts. I also investigate specialist and complex issues, communicate with third-party technical specialists, and configure and manage backup and restore procedures.

I’ve built and managed PBX systems and handled SIP/VoIP installation and setups, along with working with Centos and Microsoft Windows. I bring IT security experience including anti-virus/malware and encryption deployment, and I’ve supported web content management systems.
