What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented client support and operations specialist with experience in high-volume customer communication, order coordination, and administrative support. I manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments, resolve client issues quickly, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and related tools.
As an Account Coordinator at CHCS Wellcove, I serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and email, manage and track client requests, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
