I’m a Configuration Management and Technical Documentation leader supporting DoD and enterprise software programs through configuration control, change management, release governance, and documentation lifecycle management. I establish and enforce CM processes across Agile development environments, maintain configuration baselines, and ensure traceability between requirements, code, and documentation for audit readiness.
I develop governance frameworks, manage controlled repositories, coordinate software and documentation releases, and translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable governance. I also partner closely with engineering, cybersecurity, product management, and government stakeholders to improve process maturity while keeping operational efficiency high.
In my current role as a Configuration Project Manager, I’ve built and maintained controlled technical documentation repositories for DoD/NAVSEA IaaS programs, supported change management and release readiness, and facilitated collaboration to strengthen compliance. Previously, I’ve led documentation work as a Technical Writer/Project Analyst and Lead Technical Writer—delivering structured procedural guides, updating large document sets, and supporting platform transitions—plus additional experience in editing, grant writing, and training.
