Provides editorial support for technical and management documents/deliverables for the IRS Tax and Administration Division Office and its projects. Writes and edits technical documents using MITRE's brand guidelines to include voice, tone, accuracy, consistency, construction, and applicable government publication policies and standards to keep content uniform.

Responsible for the Monthly Progress Report and the monthly Tier 2/3 Metrics Report. Maintained documentation schedule for Technical Writers and delegated work assignments to other Technical Writers.

Created all TMIP-J documents for Integration required for deliverables. Organized, planned, and prioritized work assignments, ensuring deliverables adhered to company and/or client format specifications.

Coordinated with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and project teams for preparation, review, revision, and control of technical documents. Provided Quality Control/Quality Assurance review of project artifacts, internal presentations, and documents.

Worked on contracts with the VA as sub to CSRA and CMS (Medicare and Medicaid Services). Performed technical reviews on artifacts related to system architecture, detailed system design, system development, and testing.

Supported the Electrical Department in document control of all bids; reviewed RFP, RFQ’S and RFI’S with team. Established timeline and enforced those with assignments and due dates for required inputs and deliverables.

Spearheaded acquisition of all commitment statements and resume permission forms required for company proposals. Supported more than four hundred proposals annually including sending and reviewing 1000’s of resumes.

Processed SG-10 review of documents and made suggestions for company marketing materials. Developed public facing materials including PowerPoint presentations, fact sheets, posters, and advertisements.

Completed an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration. The curriculum provided a foundational understanding of business principles and practices.
