I’m a motivated IT Help Desk candidate pursuing a Cybersecurity degree, with strong customer support experience and a growing foundation in technical troubleshooting, system support, and problem resolution. In my current healthcare support role, I provide in-home support while maintaining detailed documentation, communicating clearly with care teams, and resolving client concerns in a timely, professional way while following HIPAA compliance.

I’ve also built my communication and issue-resolution skills through high-volume outbound calls that required handling objections and maintaining accurate records, along with customer support experience in a fast-paced retail environment where I handled transactions and supported customers efficiently. I’m actively developing skills in networking, operating systems, and security tools, with a long-term goal of becoming a Security Analyst focused on threat monitoring, vulnerability assessment, and risk mitigation.
