What I'm looking for

I am seeking a hands-on IT role focusing on systems and network administration with emphasis on security, troubleshooting, and opportunities to grow in incident response.

I am an Information Technology professional with hands-on experience administering Windows environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 to support faculty and staff. I have implemented and maintained workstation deployments, resolved hardware and OS issues, and managed user accounts and permissions to ensure secure, reliable operations.

While completing a B.S. in Cyber Security and Network Management, I executed blue-team CTF labs and delivered an enterprise security infrastructure project integrating SIEM, firewall configurations, and AD deployment. I focus on pragmatic security, efficient troubleshooting, and cost-saving maintenance to improve system availability and reduce downtime.
