At Nilfisk HPW Pressure-Pro, I manage approximately 50 international customer accounts for the Pressure-Pro and Hydro Tek manufacturing brands, creating sales materials, in-stock reports, and ongoing phone and email communication. I also support e-commerce strategic accounts, develop new customers, and use Salespad and Salesforce CRM software.

Earlier, I led lifestyle and life-enrichment programming for senior living communities, managing staff, budgets, calendars, resident communications, and large-group events. My experience also includes five years with Celebrity Cruises, where I planned and hosted onboard activities and helped achieve the highest Activity ratings across the Celebrity fleet for three consecutive months.
