I am a dedicated customer advisor with extensive experience in the sales department at Majorel Outsourcing since October 2021. My role involves answering customer inquiries about reservations and rental vehicles, explaining insurance coverage, and assisting customers in selecting vehicles that best meet their needs. Prior to my current position, I served as a cabin crew member for Royal Air Maroc from May 2017 to February 2021. In this capacity, I ensured the comfort and safety of passengers, demonstrated emergency procedures, and provided first aid when necessary. My experience as a telemarketer agent further honed my skills in customer service and sales, allowing me to effectively address customer complaints and offer tailored solutions.
