What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run smooth customer and supply chain operations—owning order accuracy, shipment coordination, and communication—while continuously improving processes, meeting service timelines, and delivering reliable, high-quality service.

I’m a customer service and supply chain professional known for efficiency, accuracy, and staying organized in fast-paced environments. I coordinate orders, manage inventory, and support end-to-end supply chain operations while keeping communication clear with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

In my recent role as a Customer Service Representative for EMEA, I manage customer communication across the Middle East region and work closely with freight forwarders to support timely delivery from manufacturers to 3PLs and hotel warehouses. I handle order processing through internal systems and portals, track shipments across air/sea/road, prepare shipping documents, support approvals and customs/regulatory documentation, and contribute to process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
