I'm looking to lead scalable operations, vendor onboarding, and multi-store rollout work, partnering cross-functionally to turn complex manual processes into reliable systems.

At 7-Eleven, I support digital delivery operations for four proprietary restaurant brands across 1,000+ stores, building SOPs and coordinating DSP onboarding, menu integrations, and go-live launches. I also helped launch a QSR menu pilot and onboard a virtual brand end to end.

Previously, I oversaw third-party delivery for 1,200 franchise stores across 10 brands at Sun Holdings and managed vendor operations at Dickey's BBQ. I turn manual workflows into repeatable systems while partnering with vendors, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, Supply, and IT.
