I’m a results-driven Business Services Specialist and Client Success professional with extensive experience managing client relationships, process optimization, and service delivery across APAC and EMEA. In 2022–2025, I took a planned career break for family responsibilities while actively upskilling with HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Virtual Assistant training. I completed HubSpot certifications (Inbound Marketing, Lead Management, Sales Enablement, Graphic Design, Social Media) and built hands-on projects, a portfolio, and freelance work.

Currently, I work as a Virtual Assistant (Remote – Part Time) at Growup Technologies, handling appointments scheduling, travel bookings, email management, invoicing, and social media execution using tools like HubSpot, Planoly, and Canva. Previously, at ADP Pvt Ltd I served as a Senior Customer Service Analyst and Senior Customer Representative, delivering SAP configuration/support and payroll-related solutions while maintaining 100% quality and earning awards like “Star of the Month” and “Super WOW.”
