I’m looking to lead people-centric learning and organisational development programmes that strengthen leadership capability, improve employee experience, and deliver measurable business outcomes through digital learning and analytics.

I’m a Learning and Organisational Development professional with 13 years of experience designing and delivering people-centric programmes across EMEA markets. I partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps, run needs analyses, and translate insights into practical, scalable solutions that drive engagement, adoption, and measurable impact.

Across Amway and The Foschini Group, I’ve owned end-to-end delivery of digital learning programmes—from concept and learning experience design through launch and continuous improvement—while measuring programme ROI and linking outcomes to business KPIs. I also support leadership in understanding capability gaps, implementing learning journeys and toolkits, and strengthening succession planning through a coaching and mentoring framework using SAP SuccessFactors.
