What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable, tech-enabled learning and knowledge systems where I can simplify complex subjects, create engaging employee experiences, and improve global speed-to-proficiency.

At Morae Global (Exigent Legal Services), I serve as the solo global learning lead, deploying Kallidus and Deel LMS platforms for more than 1,500 employees across South Africa, India, Europe, Australia, and the US.

I've designed 20+ courses, workshops, and a six-month junior development programme covering LLMs in eDiscovery, AI systems, consulting, leadership, speaking, and tech literacy. I also used AI-supported content tools to accelerate asset creation on a lean learning budget.

I build learning and knowledge systems that make complex subjects engaging and actionable. From rebuilding the Fusion intranet through structured SharePoint hubs to increasing global Viva Engage participation by 500% in four months, I connect learning, communication, data, and culture.
